RESEQUITY minimises the emotion, sales-speak and time associated with identifying, selecting and securing prime residential investment property.

Having identified candidate properties – primarily off-market – we pay for inspections with hard costs redeemable only upon sale, negotiate on clients’ behalf or bid (dispassionately) at auction, investigate the contract, and shepherd process through to settlement. We do not accept commissions or other forms of favour from sellers or their agents. We represent the interests of the buyer entirely.

On contractual completion, RESEQUITY charges a percentage of sale price to:

  • Take your (specific) brief
  • Identify a range of properties that satisfy your and our criteria
  • Investigate candidate properties/potential contracts in detail
  • Provide a regularly updated catalogue of options
  • Negotiate or bid
  • On a separate fee structure, arrange for and monitor tenancy and management.

Hard costs of independent inspection are redeemable from the buyer upon sale.

We are open to the prospect of compensating professional service advisors for expenditure of their own time and resources involved in any completed sale, however this is recompense rather than a commission. It’s a partnership firmly in the best interests of the client.
